Team work makes the dream work! I draw the shapes on the wood - my husband deftly cuts and sands them, I paint them.
Outdoor Cutouts: My husband performs magic in his woodshop that enables them to not only have meticulous shape, but to stick in the ground! Using either wooden stakes or PVC. We often attach house numbers for neighbors to use them as markers as our town requires them. We use β17β as a sample number, so people can see how it looks! But they can go un-numbered, in your yard, garden or on your porch. They are painted using Behr Solid Stain, and sometimes I used exterior house paint for fine details. We also water seal them just in case, with a UV resistant fixative!
Indoor Woodcrafts: These are painted with the same paint or stained with poly, but may include regular acrylic paints as well. Then sealed with a UV resistant fixative. May include fairy lights or working pieces (like a phaser) for extra pizzazzzzzz.
Please Note - due to licensing and infringement, there are many pieces I cannot sell or recreate for sale. I have marked these with βNFSβ meaning βNot For Saleβ. These are pieces I made in practice or to decorate my home.
